I just want to inform the Tim Hortons at 505 Cannon St East, that i am not impressed with there service. For the past two weeks, i pull to to tims before i go into work. I have ordered the same thing and not once have i ever recevied my order correct. A 12 grain bagle toasted with butter and light cream cheese. Dont think it thats hard. Today, i got a 12 grain bagle NOT TOASTED (even though i asked) with just cream cheese. At first i wasnt going to complain, but there is somthing wrong when i order the samething every day for two weeks and dont get what i order. I dont think the orgignal owner would be proud of the service that his customers are receving.
